I’m Dr. Juliette McClendon, a Clinical Psychologist who helps high-achieving professionals navigate adversity, identity-based stress, and burnout from systems that weren’t built for them.
My work is grounded in deep clinical expertise and lived experience. I’ve trained and practiced across a wide range of settings, including the VA, academic medical centers, a state-funded community mental health clinic, a digital mental health startup, and my own private practice. Throughout my career, I have focused on supporting people through complex trauma, chronic stress, and the emotional toll of navigating systems that are invalidating or unsafe.
As a Black, neurodivergent, queer psychologist, I don’t just study these dynamics, I live them. This allows me to meet my clients with a unique combination of clinical precision, cultural humility, and genuine understanding. My goal is not simply to help you cope, but to help you build sustainable ways of living, working, and relating that honor who you are and don’t require you to sacrifice authenticity.

Who it’s for
High-achieving professionals experiencing chronic stress, energy depletion, or early burnout related to systemic and identity-based factors.
My 1:1 coaching program is for professionals who are successful on the outside but depleted on the inside. You may be experiencing chronic pressure and strain, identity-based stress, and inconsistent capacity.
Our work will focus on restoring capacity by helping you interrupt chronic stress patterns, clarify what’s actually sustainable, and lead from a place that is grounded, resourced, and authentic.
Ultimately, coaching seeks to support you as you create a sustainable lifestyle that strengthens your personal well-being and amplifies your professional impact.
